How bout we hire a OC and a DC. Who says we gotta hire a HC? The last couple of HC hires have been allowed, and made bad decisions with either a OC or DC. Hell, do something different, some less susceptible to one guy calling all the shots. Innovate, get out of the box instead of the same insane approach.

Why can't we treat the three positions separately?

In case you haven't looked up Currie's Wikipedia page lately:

"John Currie (born April 1, 1971) is the current Destroyer of the Tennessee Football Program as of November 26th 2017. Prior to Tennessee, Currie had been the athletics director at Kansas State University since 2009."

Vol fans weren't satisified with acting stupid and embarrassing themselves one time--with their adolescent pining for Gruden--when there was absolutely no chance of him coming. No, they're embarrassing the university a SECOND time with their idiotic complaints about Schiano, as if Sandusky was his responsiblity. Freakin' morality crazies--and here's the kicker: These are the same goofs who voted for Trump--admitted molester of women. Go back to your rocks.

Based upon the possible hearsay of one coach(McQueary) supposedly telling another coach(Bradley) that Schiano reported an incident to him years before the first coach (McQueary) came forward. Schiano had been gone for 6 years when McQueary witnessed Sandusky.

Both Bradley and Schiano testified under oath that it didn't happen. How do you know that McQueary didn't have it in for both the other 2 men who were coaches at Penn State when McQueary was a player there? You saw what Jennings thought about his coaches, didn't you?

I called you a dumbass because you have no idea what Schiano saw or didn't see, yet you believe one man's testimony over two, and you don't know any of them. There is enough doubt that no reasonable, intelligent person should hate Schiano based on possible hearsay.

Stop your trolling. You don't hire anyone with that type of taint to this type of position. This is not a court of law. This is the court of public opinion and I wouldn't be willing to pay someone 5M/yr that had this type of baggage.

This town is in a heap of trouble if the “people” run Knoxville. What this town” Knoxville” doesn’ Needs is the crazy inmates trying to run it. There is a reason why our political structure is what it is and it is designed to to prevent chaos in its operation. Cooler heads will prevail and we will see what works out. Take any grammar school in civics and gain some knowledge.
