08/31/12 vs. North Carolina State (GA Dome) W
09/08/12 vs. Georgia State W
09/15/12 vs. Florida * T
09/22/12 vs. Akron W
09/29/12 at Georgia * L/W
10/13/12 at Mississippi State * W-L
10/20/12 vs. Alabama * L-W
10/27/12 at South Carolina * L/W
11/03/12 vs. Troy W
11/10/12 vs. Missouri * W-L
11/17/12 at Vanderbilt W
11/24/12 vs. Kentucky W

The W/L and L/W basically means we will be predicted to win or lose, but It will be close.
The T means it is a toss up.
The W-L and L-W means we are either projected to win or lose, and winning or losing will be improbable.

I believe we SHOULD go 9-3, however I believe the 2 asterisked games are possible losses because a) the first game syndrome, we just don't know what we're gonna get from our team or the Wolfpack, and b) we haven't proven we can get off the schneid with the Gators in 7 years.

I also think those South Carolina and UGA games are gonna be tough to call.

I honestly think if we beat Florida we go 10-2...with losses to GA and Bama. And that's just based off paper. I think on any given Saturday we can beat just about anybody. I'm more excited for this season than I have ever been.

I really think if we had Bray last season for the South Carolina game, we would have won. If we had both Bray and Hunter, I think it would have been a lock.

This season, barring those kind of injuries, the Vols will definitely be better. I don't see the Cocks being better. Therefore, that should be a Vol win.

I think we beat Florida too, but that's just a gut feeling.

If we dont beat Florida this year it could be a long long time until we do. We simply have to beat them.

Injuries last year killed us. We have a majority of our starters back on both sides and our schedule is slightly favorable. 9-3 is very attainable, and it's not delusional to think it. Anything less than 8-4 will be unacceptable.

I'm not buying into South Carolina. If we lose 3 games it's UF, Bama, and UGA. I think we finally beat UF and finish UGA in a close one. As long as we stay healthy, 11-1 is realistic.

They have to relearn how to win first. Once they do there will be no stopping them regardless of any dumb HC decisions. Players make plays. If Patterson makes it in, can you imagine what Chaney will have ready for the passing game?! Say what you will about Chaney, but the man knows the passing game. With those 3 targets to throw to - if you are on D against them your head would swim trying to keep up. Then they go with a couple of runs behind an experienced O-line using a real blocking scheme, throw to the TE, run the wheel route, get DY the ball in space, etc. The whole dynamic changes this season.

What makes me more optimistic than I have been in 5+ years is Patterson, McCullers, Sentimore, Coach Sal, Coach Pittman and Coach Graham. Will be content with 9 wins and feel that can get done. But it could be better if the O lights it up. I am thinking they may be an Arky type team. Great O and OK on D this season.

I feel we'll end up 10-2. Toss up games will be Mizzu & SC. I really think if the OL can stay get it together, that we'll have a great year.
