Maybe not a "scary" game per se, but I think Bioshock is the creepiest game I've ever played. The amazing sound effects and general ambiance of the game really makes the atmosphere so creepy. And of course, when you first pick up that shotgun early in the game is one of the best moments in gaming I've ever had. Had me terrified and grinning like a loon at the same time.
You guys best be right!
Condemned: Original Origins just arrived. Bionic Commando(not scary), Bioshock, and Rising Dead are on their way. All four(new) came to a total of 52 bucks(56 with shipping). Have 4 or 5 more lined up that I can get for another 40-60 bucks probably.
These games may be out outdated but they should still be fun, right? Four for 56 bucks beats paying 63 for one. I ended up buying Madden for that price and I've invested all of one hour. Game sucks imo
Bioshock is still nothing short of amazing. 4 years later and I still go back and play it every now and then to try and beat it on the hardest difficulty. Like others have said on here, it can be pretty creepy at times, especially near the beginning....but the environment is more mesmerizing than anything IMO. They did a great job with the art direction.....probably the best I've ever seen for a video game.
Condemned is still pretty intense despite being pretty old for a 360 title. I still stand by my statement that it's probably the scariest game I've ever played.
Not sure I know about Rising Dead unless you meant Dead Rising. I never did care for the series too much, but that's just me. Game isn't really scary, just more of a mindless zombie hack and slasher.
Either way, it sounds like you got a pretty good deal for all those titles.
