SC NCAA Violations

South Carolina Gamecocks, NCAA Football - CBS SportsLine.com

In the current semester the Gamecocks reported six positive tests for marijuana and one for controlled substance w/out script. Not sure if that's high, ( no
pun intended) or not. Anyone have any idea what the average number of drug violations reported by the schools to the SEC is?

I don't know, but I'm ready for all of this bad publicity to come to an end. It seems that as soon as the dust settles from one incident, here we go again with something else.

If it wasn't Blake sucker punching a bouncer at a bar, it was a highly rated recruit getting drunk, urinating in an alley, then running from the cops............then keying someone's car two weeks later and lying to the coach about it. Now it's another highly touted recruit getting stabbed at a party. And secondary violations (which I know most schools have) and positive drug tests in the news.

Here's a novel concept. How about NO news until SEC Media Days, and then no more news until fall camp? PLEASE! These are supposed to be the dog days of summer with nothing going on.:mf_surrender:
