I know this year doesnt count against eligibility but the 85 limit is in effect.

I don't think seniors that decide to return next season will count toward the 85 limit.

When you aren't getting any playing time, while playing a paper thin position of need for your team - who also happens to be really bad - transferring is as good an option as any, I guess.
