Saturday's Practice

They can still shoot and use the video, just for a limited period of time, 72 hours.

I don't believe that's going to be the case once the XOS deal is finalized. Only CBS and ESPN will be able to air video highlights.

No, that's not the way the policy reads. The local stations will still be allowed to use what they shoot within the allowable period. I've seen the full text of the policy.

Yeah, the policy is not being very well explained and alot of media outlets are very, very confused right now. They're welcome to contact the SEC office with questions.

at least it's not for photographers, i could care less about video. Anyone need a photographer for the UCLA game? LOL

It's definitely for photographers. Credentialed media, including still photogs cannot sell the photographs they take except with the written permission of the SEC.

that's they way it's been anyway, you could sell the images after the kids graduated but really you wouldn't make enough money off of it to be worth it. I can make more off one magazine picture than i could trying to sell it on ebay.

I see that Crompton was lights out. That's an awesome sign. 13 of 16 for 160 2 td's and no INT. Hope he can keep this up!
