Saturday Scrimmage (8/22)

Warren with incredible yac on a ten yard pass. End around to Richardson, lowers his head and nails a few defenders for a seven yard gain. Touchdown to warren from crompton, made it look easy

Sounds like they are mixing up players playing with the one's

anyone care to venture what Crompton and Stephens stats are ??

I may be way off but I wolf say cromoton is 14 of 20 for 140 yards, two touchdowns and 1 interception. Stephens is 7 of 14 for 50 yards. Again, I may be way off. But believe me, cromoton has played twice as good as Stephens.

It is nice to see Crompton bounce back from an INT and not fall apart. We are going to need that kind of mentality during the season.

I wouldn't be surprised if Oku had a fumbling problem as a freshman. It would you? I also agreed that Hardesty may start the season but I believe Brown will take it away. Creer made Hardesty look like crap last year. I am not high on Hardesty at all.

Creer's biggest game was a loss to Wyoming. He didn't make anyone look like anything.

who is this cromoton guy? we should start him over crompton!

nice catch and run by teague...prolly around 4 or 5 k here when it started. Think oku on the fumble but i've blinked since then.

I thought is was 29 but the numbers are really hard to see.

I'm pretty sure it was 25 but you are right, without the black surrounding the numbers on the white uni, its really tough to see

Don't be surprised if warren is an all second pick this year guys. Between him, Jones, Richardson, teague, Hancock and Moore when he gets back, AND our running backs, I am very very optimistic about this season now

Stephens in with Jones Hancock and warren now,. Threw behind an open cottom or maybe stocker but just completed a nice roll out pass to Hancock for about a 12 yard gain

hahaha... and people say black isn't a color in the uni's! oops, wrong thread! :)

Haha, sorry to bring that into here.

The biggest thing I've seen from crompton is that he still feels somewhat hesitant in the pocket, he's rolling out comfortably when there is pressure and throwing good balls on the run.
