Brown may be better than Hardesty by the end of the year, but right now Hardesty is our best back. He has easily been the most consistant part of this offense. Hardesty has fumbled once this fall that I can recall. Brown and Oku, mostly Oku, have more than their share of fumble problems this fall. Oku will be nothing more than a 3rd and long back and a return guy this year. He looks to be the odd man out to me.I have yet to see Warren do anything and what do you mean no to Brown and Oku being better than Hardesty? Brown and Oku are ripping off bigger runs, running people over while Hardest is fumbling games away. I thought Hardesty kinda sucked last year. He may be the starter at the beginning of the season but I have a feeling that changes rather quickly. Brown already seems to be way better. Oku too for that matter.

Warren has been Crompton's go to guy all fall. I don't think Warren and Stephens have that same connection though, hence his name not being mentioned much today.
No, Hardesty is our best back at this point.
He's had the best camp of all the backs. He's the starter.
Oku had 2 fumbles last week, I guess he's going to have a fumbling problem?
I wouldn't be surprised if Oku had a fumbling problem as a freshman. It would you? I also agreed that Hardesty may start the season but I believe Brown will take it away. Creer made Hardesty look like crap last year. I am not high on Hardesty at all.
