A mobile QB is needed to open up our offense. It's about making a defense have to think that extra half second about where the ball is going, whether it be play action pass, an actual handoff to a RB, or a QB keep. A mobile QB greatly helps the RB in our system.
Having a QB that doesn't pose a threat with his feet takes away a huge dynamic of our O.
Huge difference in you changing your tune and saying that he redshirts to have time to develop as a QB ...
... from your earlier snide quip proclaiming he's a safety, which is the crap that started all this ... and you thinking it's some kind of joke to say that.
Truth.I know that Jennings wants to be a QB and I know that there are some on this board that think he'd be a better safety, but personally I'd like to see how'd he do at WR. The kid is very good with the ball in his hand and rather see him be on offense than defense. Just my opinion, though.
At some point Jennings may have to realize that he'd be better suited at another position. There is a very good chance that Tim Tebow might still be playing in the NFL right now if he'd had come to this realization.
What you've read is complete garbage - texts from drunk friends don't count as sources.

Check out that picture. If you didn't know which #'s were Dobbs and Jennings, you wouldn't be able to tell me which is which.
And oh my...Jennings isn't lighting it up as a QB? In his first spring, as an EE? Being a dual-threat QB? Whoever could have predicted this? He might as well quit and work at Burger King.
