You would think a man that is notorious for micromanaging would pick up on the fact he really gets blown out in the second half of ballgames.

Really thought we were the more talented team through most of the 3rd quarter. Still not sure if that's true or not given the second half performance. Nothing the coaching staff did impressed me.

Florida is still faster on defense. The problem I have is for all the BS talk about experience and whatever f'n mountain the team climbed in the off season, they aren't really significantly better than they were last year. I've seen this movie before. Now, we are just a experienced team that gets sodomized in the second half.

Florida's O and D lines look for real to me....they'll do better than a lot if you guys think. Until the Vols get a quality rb they will be suspect against quality defenses....period...Neal and Lane are Sun Belt type guys....just look around

We are Auburn without the recent nat'l champ. Would struggle to be a contender in the ACC.

It is time for a reality check. We will beat Akron , no doubt about it. Then , we play Ga, Miss State,Bama, and USC. Like Dooley or hate Dooley , it is a fact, if we lose 4 in a row to go to 3-5 , Dooley is a goner. After the disgraceful performance vrs Fla, it is likely that we will lose 3 of those by an ugly margin - that means the game with Miss State will be the most important game of Doolittles Tn career. If he loses that one- he is a dead man and we will probably be a slight underdog by then. Thats why we play the games , we will have to wait and see.

I understand getting a bad break, and losing by 3pt. or a bad break and losing in over time. My problem is we got thumped. THUMPED!!! We really should have won the game. No more excuses, GET IT DONE DD OR GET OUTTA TOWN!!!!! :salute:

I really hope they can bounce back and take he loss is stride. But given the last couple seasons under DD, by midpoint in the season, DD has completely lost the players and the fans by that time, and i was only fooling myself thinking it would be any different this season. And this is coming from someone who really wants DD to be great.

I honestly believe Justin Wilcox's style of D would of shut Florida down last night. He sucked against pro-style attacks, but did good against the running spread attacks
