"Taxing the crap" out of a vice just helps the black market and criminal element. CA is a great example when they decided to "tax the crap" out of legal pot, the illegal market grew.

Dealers sell carts too, they were easy to get before dispensaries. Whatever points your trying to make isn’t really holding up

Tennessee has a lot of weed smokers and adults walking around with gummies but no dispensaries here. Not sure where the flower comes from and surprisingly a lot of people use oil and make their own gummies. Others are in sealed packs imitating starburst or other candies so I don’t know if they order online or just have a dispensary connection.
Mushroom chocolates are popular as well. They’ve come a long way from us picking them out of cow **** back in the day and boiling them to eat with peanut butter.
