Disturbing moment Migrant is Dragged Out of California Medical Clinic By ICE as staff try to stop them

A 30-year-old undocumented migrant was forcibly detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents on Tuesday after seeking refuge inside a medical clinic.

Denis Guillen-Solis, 30, had been landscaping outside the Ontario Advanced Surgery Center in Ontario, California, alongside two other alleged undocumented men when ICE agents arrived to serve an arrest warrant.

Upon noticing the officers, Guillen-Solis attempted to flee, running into the medical facility in search of safety.

The federal immigration agents then followed him inside, where a tense and chaotic scene unfolded.

In a video of the confrontation, medical staff, some in scrubs, can be seen and heard telling the agents they were trespassing on private property without a warrant and demanding that they release Guillen-Solis.

Los Angeles County Officials Offer Aid to Immigrants After ICE Raids

The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday approved a plan to offer aid to immigrants affected by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids in the area.

Time to cut off the federal money flow until this stops. We’re a nation of laws and the city mayors aren’t empowered to decide which laws will be enforced.

Are any of the businesses which employed the illegal immigrants facing any disciplinary action?

If they are paying them under the table I would hope so, but not if they were hired using documentation.
I thought there was something like an "E Verify" process employers are to use to identify bogus documents.

There is. It doesn't always work correctly.
I see.
Well then, I agree with your other post. If employer did their due diligence, I don't see how the can be disciplined. But under the table pay should be punished.

from my understanding not every state requires it either for private business and is voluntary. And then the employer has to be charged with knowing they are hiring an illegal, which would really be cost prohibitive with lawsuits. They do charge some though if you google.

LOL. I thought we were told all of this was fake.

'Democrats Denied This City Had a Gang Problem. The Truth Is Complicated.'

Despite previously describing the issue as a conspiracy theory only found in the right-wing, the Times' latest article now condemns 'Democrat politicians' for suggesting Aurora residents and conservatives were merely 'crying wolf.'

From the article ... you have to wonder what the thought process is for these medical workers. It should be on "Advanced Surgery".

In a statement issued after the incident, Department of Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin accused clinic staff of assaulting federal officers and dragging both an agent and Guillen-Solis into the facility, CBS News reported.

McLaughlin also alleged that staff locked doors, blocked law enforcement vehicles, and called local police claiming a kidnapping was in progress - actions she described as attempts to obstruct the arrest.

They aren't "gangs". They are structured groups of like-minded people with similar ambitions who work together to achieve those ambitions by whatever means necessary.

That's not a "gang"

Breaking news!
"Political candidate McDad assassinated today. Several groups have rushed to claim responsibility. No investigation is expected. Now, back to something of interest. Strawberry farmers expect a bumper crop this year..."

I'd be mad as a hornet if that happened.
