Over THREE HUNDRED Migrants move into San Diego Airport after border city was hit by Influx of crossers

Over three hundred migrants have been crashing at the San Diego International Airport as the border city has been hit with a surge of crossers.

Overnight stays by migrants have become common at the airport, but in recent weeks the number has drastically risen.

On Thursday, a bus dropped off dozens of immigrants at Terminal two, Fox 5 reported.

Some of them reportedly arrived several hours or days before their scheduled flights, as local organizations have said that they believe that the people were transported there after being processed by Border Patrol.

Elias frequently checks out the airport to hand-deliver meals, hygiene products and water to the migrants.

Many of the migrants can be seen sitting on the airport floors as they eat and go on to continue their journeys to visit friends and family members across the country.

Migrant showdown in Chicago: Two residents set to face judge as they SUE city officials to stop them from Housing Migrants in Public Schools, Parks and Police Stations

Two Chicago residents will face a judge on Monday after they sued the city to stop the use of public spaces like parks and police stations to house migrants.

The plaintiffs claim the use of public buildings to house migrants is a nuisance to the community and accuses officials of violating codes as they desperately search for room to shelter asylum seekers.

If the suit is successful, mayor Johnson would be prevented from disrupting park programs, violating zoning laws, and would have to fully disclose how much money the city is spending on migrants. Johnson has previously estimated Chicago will spend roughly $255 million on the migrant crisis in 2023.

Chicago's Brandon Johnson Blames Lori Lightfoot for 'International Crisis' He Inherited

Mayor Brandon Johnson is blaming the growing migrant crisis in Chicago on his predecessor Lori Lightfoot, saying he "inherited" the influx of immigrants from the previous administration.

Johnson criticized Lightfoot during a press conference on Tuesday announcing the "Unity Initiative," an interfaith partnership between 17 churches agreeing to take immigrants in from police stations. Like many Democratic-led cities, Chicago has received 20,000 immigrants over the last 14 months from southern border states. Thousands of these immigrants are staying in airports and police stations as the Johnson administration looks to put up permanent housing before winter.

On "the international crisis that I inherited six months ago, I've made it very clear we are going to move people out of police districts, women and children who are living on floors and sleeping outside that we're going to create spaces that provide more dignity," Johnson said.

1701224529441.pngNearly 3K Migrants In NYC have finally Been Cleared To WORK By Feds

Finally, least a few migrants are ready to start searching Monster.com.

After months of insisting that the best way out of the migrant crisis is getting the asylum seekers to work, the Adams administration announced Tuesday that 2,850 have at long last been granted employment authorization by the federal government.

The number is just a fraction of the 9,000 have have applied to work so far, and a drop in the bucket of the some 42,000 working-age migrants who have been sheltered by New York City since the summer.

The new tally comes just hours after City Hall announced the expansion of its asylum seeker application center and the opening of two satellite offices in Harlem and Lower Manhattan with the backing of state funds.

The center opened in June and has since filed, along with the help of the feds and non-profits, about 16,000 applications for asylum, work authorizations and temporary protective status.

A 94-year-old Army veteran and lifelong New Yorker has been kicked out of a New York City nursing home where he has lived for the last five years to make room for migrants.

Frank Tammaro, called the eviction from the independent living facility, Island Shores Residence - his home where he had many friends and activities he enjoyed - 'disgraceful'.

The army veteran - along with 53 other residents - were notified in September 2022 and told they needed to have their bags packed and be out by March.

Texas Governor Vows To Keep Bussing Migrants to Self-Professed Sanctuary Cities 'until Biden secures the border' - with over 70,000 shipped to Washington DC, New York, Chicago, Philadelphia, Denver and LA so far

Texas Governor, Greg Abbott, has vowed to keep bussing migrants to sanctuary states until 'Biden secures the border' - with almost 70,000 already sent.

Gov Abbott shared the statement on his Instagram page on Wednesday, telling followers: 'Texas will bus migrants to sanctuary cities until Biden secures the border.'

He added that he is on a 'mission' to provide 'vital relief to border towns'.

Under the plans so far, Texas has bussed 12,500 people to Washington DC, 25,000 to New York City, 20,000 to Chicago, 3,200 to Philadelphia, 7,400 to Denver and 1,100 to Los Angeles.

NYC Comptroller Strips Mayor Eric Adams of Power to Strike Emergency Migrant Service Deals With Contractors Without Approval - as City Spends $1.7BN Catering To 146,000 Asylum Seekers who have flooded Big Apple

A New York City comptroller has revoked Mayor Eric Adams’ emergency right to make deals with contractors for migrant services without prior approval.

Comptroller Brad Lander’s office made the revocation known in a letter dated this past Thursday, three months after he retroactively rejected a $432million, no-bid contract with a for-profit medical services firm accused of mistreating migrants.

The mayor's office has previously said the loss of such a power would slow down its response to the ongoing migrant crisis, which has seen more than 140,000 asylum seekers arrive in The Big Apple since spring 2022.

Adams, 63, has also said the revocation could inhibit migrants’ access to food and shelter, as the city is set to spend roughly $12 Billion in tax dollars within the next two years to house them.

The former NYPD captain has since been forced to slash the city budget to cope, with $110.5 billion in reductions across the board - including billions taken from important departments like education and policing.

Another lazy dumb ignorant f**ker shifting blame rather than to Biden's policy.
Just what "right-wing extremism" is the problem in Chicago that Democrats use?

Because the right wing lead cities don't want the illegal aliens. Chicago established itself as a sanctuary city. They need to live with it or change their toon.

NYC Mayor Eric Adams flies back to DC sporting a $35 Amazon wristwatch to Beg Biden Administration For Federal Funds To Help With Migrant Crisis - after he cut his last trip short when his campaign fundraiser was raided by FBI

New York Mayor Eric Adams sported a $35 Amazon wristwatch to fly to DC to ask for more money to handle the migrant crisis after an FBI raid cut his last trip short.

Adams filmed himself flying coach to the capital to meet with members of the Biden administration and discuss the migrant housing crisis in New York City.

He was supposed to go to DC in November, but had to rush back after federal agents raided the Brooklyn home of his top fundraiser Brianna Suggs as part of an investigation into an alleged kickback scheme.

Now the mayor is going with the message 'we need help' as he tries to secure more funding for his city after 3,600 migrants arrived just last week and housing runs out.

As of the beginning of December, over 150,100 migrants had arrived in New York City since the spring of 2022.

Adams has called it a humanitarian crisis and declared a state of emergency warning it will cost the city about $12 billion over three years.

Mayor Adams declares 'help is Not on the way' from the federal government as NYC struggles with Migrant Crisis

New York City Mayor Eric Adams declared in a speech after visiting Washington, D.C., that he sees the "cold reality" his city will have to face the migrant crisis on its own for the time being.

The migrant crisis has plagued the mayor for more than a year and, according to a Quinnipiac University poll released Wednesday, Adams' approval rating sits at 28% among self-identified registered voters. The rating is the lowest Quinnipiac has ever recorded for a New York City mayor since it began tracking the statistic in 1996.

On Thursday, Adams traveled to Washington, D.C., to meet with congressional leaders and Biden officials to appeal for more federal aid for the sanctuary city’s migrant crisis. He broke the news that he left empty-handed at a press conference with religious leaders the next day.

Billboards Plastered With 'New York City Welcomes Immigrants' Pop Up in El Paso - as New Photos Show Big Apple Overwhelmed with African Migrants and Mayor Eric Adams begs for federal funds

  • Billboards showing sanctuary cities New York, Chicago and San Francisco pop up in El Paso, Texas
Billboars plastered with the phrase 'New York City Welcomes Immigrants' are popping up across El Paso, promising migrants that it's a 'sanctuary city.'

The signs have appeared around the Texas border city in the last few days on roadside announcements and on the sides of trucks.

A member of 'Concerned Americans,' the group behind the billboards, explained the messages are meant to let border crossers know New York, Chicago and San Francisco are open to having them in their community.

'The cities that we're pointing to are those that welcome undocumented immigrants even if you're homeless or have committed crimes," Will Osbourne told local station KFOX.

'These are cities that have indicated that they're willing to make sacrifices, be that depleting of their resources or outcry from potentially frustrated residents and citizens in their communities.'

Chicago Mayor Launches Laws Penalizing Bus Companies for Dropping Off Illegal Aliens in ‘Sanctuary City’

1702347944125.png

Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson continues to claim that his city remains a “welcoming city” for illegal immigrants, and yet he and his lackeys in the city council recently passed stringent new rules on bus companies and have even levied stiff fines for breaking these never-before-seen rules, all in a desperate attempt to scare bus companies away from dropping off illegal aliens in the purported sanctuary city.

1702348007894.png

The self-professed “progressive” mayor and his allies on the council quietly passed a series of restrictions on bus companies in November, and now, Johnson has launched an incredible flurry of fines and 55 lawsuits on the bus companies he has deemed “rogue companies” for violating these new rules, the Chicago Tribune reported.

The fines and lawsuits have been leveraged against 77 bus companies, most of which have taken contracts from Texas to transport illegal immigrants from border towns to the Windy City and other points north.

LOL

Those ordinances are completely illegal. Good luck in federal court dumbasses.

If NYC can charge a congestion fee to enter, why cant states and cities charge illegals?

Chicago-Area Suburbs Reject Busloads Of Immigrants Arriving From Texas

Two Chicago suburbs rejected busloads of immigrants that arrived from El Paso, Texas, over the past week as the city and Illinois as a whole continue to face an influx of illegal immigrants from the southern border.

Several buses arrived at the Metra stations in Cicero, Illinois, and Rosemont, Illinois, near the O'Hare International Airport's remote parking area, according to the Chicago Tribune. Rosemont police allowed the immigrants to get off the bus if there was someone picking them up, but officers threatened to impound the bus and arrest the driver for endangering the passengers if he let them out, Mayor Brad Stephens said.

The Rosemont Village Board planned to consider an ordinance to support the officers' claims. In Cicero, the town approved a measure to fine bus companies $750 per person for letting out homeless immigrants, town spokesman Ray Hanania told the outlet.

This is the latest display of suburbs resisting the increase of illegal immigrants trickling into towns from Chicago, where almost 26,000 immigrants have arrived since August. With most of them homeless, the immigrants have taken shelter at police stations and the airport.

How is this not a violation of the interstate commerce clause and several civil rights violations as well? Where is the ACLU and why haven't they filed suit?

The Village of Rosemont can now fine companies and even arrest drivers who drop migrants off in the Northwest suburb moving forward.

According to the Journal & Topics Media Group, Rosemont trustees approved an ordinance on Monday that would allow the village to fine, arrest, and impound buses for companies dropping off migrants on local streets and other public places without notice.
