Tobias Harris seams to be starting right where he left off last year. Tonight off the bench in 25 mins he had 17 points, 9 rebounds, two assists, and a block. Just preseason, but it's nice to see

10/11/13 Harris Stats:
23 Mins/3-12 FG/1-3 From 3/6 REB/2 AST/2 Blks/3 TO/ 7 Pts

Off the bench? I know Orlando was plagued with injuries last season, but I was assuming he earned a starting spot. Maybe it's just for preseason.

Their bench consists of Oladipo and Nicholson, that's about it. Maybe Orlando is trying to produce some points off the bench, but I don't see him in the 6th man role for long.

Big Baby might get the starting job, solely on being better on defense.

Sorry special Ed to disappoint you, but your girlfriend came over and I got distracted :pepper:

A man needs a maid.

Does anyone else get Tobias and and Jarnell mixed up sometimes and wonder what the hell Tobias (fake Jarnell) is doing back in college, and Jarnell (fake Tobias) is doing in the NBA?

Please refer to the Stephen Hurt thread. I am new and slow. Consider me Freshman Skylar McBee of the VN basketball forum. My Kansas post is forthcoming any day now. Probably around the time the bleeding fella and calban get arrested on I-40.

I'll continue to update the starting thread post so you can continue to look there for his game stats. I'm a big fan of Harris, and I think it's important as Vols fans to support our few NBA players and know how they are performing throughout the season. Once season starts ill post CJs stats as well in here so a new thread isn't started as long as the starting thread doesn't get too big.

Harris has played well for Orlando from last season when he got his chance on into the preseason this year. He is one of the better looking players they have and consistently produces when on the court. I am not sure why he hasnt been awarded a starting role yet because he has played himself into one and has earned that much. I dont see how they can keep him coming off the bench in a 6th man role for too much longer.
