Not really a fan of Leavitt. Game-by-game his good is not great, and his bad is very bad. Especially bad are his two performances against Mississippi State, which, for me, is a very bad sign:
This year: 10 of 22 for 82 yards, one td, two ints
Last year: 10 of 20 for 69 yards, no tds, no ints
A couple of exceptions on the good not being great; both from 2024:
20 of 29, for 304 and 3 tds vs Oklahoma State (who gave up 400 plus yards 3 times)
17 of 22, for 291 and 3 tds vs Arizona.
I'm also very much in the "if you're going to bring in 4 and 5 star freshmen, give them their chance" camp.
Having said all that, Josh could easily make Leavitt better than he has been.
