Manage a 9 million $ a year restaurant, minimal debt, mortgage, car, insurance, refrigerator for food, excellent health, my own recording studio, several guitars, 63 years old and common f=×#ing sense. Go learn the world before you pass judgement. Your opinion means squat....have a wonderful waffle at the house..Never meet a pothead that contributed anything worthy. Just makes you lazy & dumb & there is no denying it
I love how you totally deflect any responsibility for what happened away from you and it's everybody else's who was in the wrong. Have you considered trying out for the team?
It's crazy to me that people know this is all possible because it's still illegal even though they don't it should be, but yet they don't give a rats ass and do it anyway because .....well because it's stupid to be illegal or something.
It's somebody else fault.
Just gots to have my weed man.
If your stupid enough to drive a car without a stop light working knowing you have drugs in the car - knowing your only on a short leash - you don't have the brains to run a complex offense no matter how athletic you are. In your instance, this is the state of Tennessee - you knew it was illegal to have it in the car before you drove somewhere - that is on you!

So let me get this straight. According to your story this is what I gathered so correct me if I’m wrong. You didn't happen to smell 1gram of weed 3 football fields away in the rain with ur windows up did ya?Man thats such a Ludacris statement to make.Trusy me I know a few good folks that prob make more than most ur wealthy Americans or what they consider wealthy.Honestly theirs a reason its booming like it is,two of my family members were college professors for 20 some years well spoken intelligent and smoked like a chimney and no one even thought twice.Dumb comments a dumb comment bro
Just because you can drink Dickel next to your kids school bus don't mean you should. I mean come on.I mean u can drink a bottle of Dickel riding beside my kids school bus and thats approved of because u can purchase it legally?I love how folks act like I don't know the weed is illegal.Yea I took that risk but I also have rights and the right to not have them intruded on because you wanna be Inspector Gadget.Like I said No I wasn't expecting a 18yr old rookie to be 3 football fields away in the rain windows up to chase me down and say he smelled so.e weed.I mean cmon like I told dude u think the cops self reflect on why that sounds so STUPID.Judge sure thought so.
Yeah but the extent and longevity of inhaling marijuana smoke into your lungs is more damaging long term, esp when still using paper (joints, blunt wraps) Puff deep and hold it for a better buzz.Mary Jane does not contain the levels of tar and nicotine that cigarettes do. Put that into your adding machine.

Weed is illegal in the state of Tennessee and you knowingly and willingly placed it in a mason jar and in your car.
You then chose to drive said car knowing you were carrying a controlled substance.
A cop then approached you claiming he could smell the oder of marijuana while you were actually in possession of marijuana.
So in your opinion, the cop was just harassing you and just simply had a good guess as to what you were in possession of when he in fact could smell nothing?
I’m sorry man but if that’s your story you’re not a victim of the cop. You’re a victim of your own choices my man.
It makes me sick seeing people criminalize cops for doing the job they were trained to do. In today’s world, put yourself in their shoes and ask yourself how easy it would be to get up every day and put your life on the line for people that no longer appreciate you. If you want a lawless America, keep doing what you’re doing and you’ll soon learn what that’ll be like because there will be no more cops to protect your ass or mine. If that doesn’t sound like fun, I agree and think the solution to that is EVERYONE accepting responsibility for their part in what put them in a courtroom or situation to begin with. The media has an overwhelming influence on people and has so many convinced that they are and always will be the victim no matter what THEY did to escalate the situation.
So how's it my responsibility to be harassed for no reason.Yes I had the stuff,no it wasn't out, visible,or anything that would cause that ******* to harass me while I'm minding my own Damn business. So naw I take no responsibility for a cop that was stupid Af,a liar and a prick.Obviously the judicial system reflected it away from me also since they dismissed every charge and personally apologized which I gave 2 zhits about.Lawyer wanted to file civil suit.I wonder if those cops went home and reflected on how to do their jobs correctly? If not maybe u could message and ask em?

IM little worried.that somethings causng you trouble writing messgaes on this. Vols boardI can appreciate a good conversation, but the initial stop is being swept under the rug.I was riding down a highway and the cop was on the 4 lanes over on the opposite side.It was raining so my windows were up,it took him awhile to catch up.Look I know it's illegal,I take that responsibility and consequences IF I'm knowingly doing sumthin to cause me to get in trouble. That being said I did nothing wrong or to draw attention etc.Thats my point and I had to do dui testing, have my car searched in public, embarrassing situation. When he finally caught up he rolled beside me so I thought nothing of it backed off and got behind me.Thzts when I realized my wife didn't have a belt on,which is stupid. He pulls me im like Sorry officer I didn't realize her belt was off,he swings my door open says"Well I didn't even see that, wtf u literally stuck ur head in my car,but neways says We smelled ur weed 300 yards away wheres it all at.I complied 100000% here's my license, there's a gram in the middle console and then he goes and yanks me out and placed in cuffs. Now we got 3 on scene,I said F the testing if I'm going let's go so I can make u look stupid like ur making me nkw.Theze people even took me to the hospital to take a blood test.So 2 trips to federal court later its all dismissed and im issued and apology by both officers, requested by the judge.Shocking I was never given a reason for dismissal but in glad Justice eventually won out.Wow thats long but needed
Look man. Officers have bad moments where it can be perceived as “wrong” but without being on their end of the experience of a certain situation, you can’t say what he did or didn’t smell or right or wrong reaction. I can about bet the reason it was dismissed was simply the amount you had wasn’t worth the trouble. That being said I know several people that smoke and some use mason jars. Those that do I can smell as if it were in the wide open the moment I get in the area. All I’m saying is if I were carrying weed and got pulled over and the cop claimed to smell weed, I would think it’s entirely possible that he smelled the weed. However, if he claimed to smell something other than the exact thing I was in possession of? All bets are off.I can appreciate a good conversation, but the initial stop is being swept under the rug.I was riding down a highway and the cop was on the 4 lanes over on the opposite side.It was raining so my windows were up,it took him awhile to catch up.Look I know it's illegal,I take that responsibility and consequences IF I'm knowingly doing sumthin to cause me to get in trouble.
Dude, if you had said “put that in your pipe and smoke it” instead, you would’ve gained a like from me and probably been named the internets daily winner!Mary Jane does not contain the levels of tar and nicotine that cigarettes do. Put that into your adding machine.
I thought about that briefly. Having missed spring practice, Salter was not competing for playing time this year anyway. And the one season dismissal and reinstatement approach has worked so far for Banks.“Rest of my life” equals one year for those needing a translation. There was no way this kid was going through that gauntlet that Banks completed for reinstatement. This is for the benefit of those I’ve seen on this board proposing that solution.
Is that why he got caught? If so, then he should have gotten some tickets for that stuff. Was he DUI? That's totally different. Possession of a plant is no damn reason to charge someone with a crime.Driving with a broken tail light out, license plate covered up.. No drivers license... I agree we need to get this stuff legalized! I refuse to change the burnt 1157 in my truck!
