As a medical professional it is amazing just how ignorant people are to the detrimental effects of weed and its long term consequences. You are just one of many who have had issues with the substance. There is no good substance that you can inhale into your lungs and not have harmful effects. Especially when it contains more nicotine that ordinary cigarette.
