Saban to LSU???

My wife just sent me a text message that said that LSU has fired Brian Kelly and hired Saban to replace him. Has anyone seen anything about this or is this some kind of wish from an LSU fan?

It wasn't me, my wife sent me this in a text message. I couldn't open the link she sent and couldn't find anything immediately about it. After I explored a bit more, I found the article that she sent me. It was a click bait article.

At my age I don't believe most of what I hear and very little of what I actually see.

Don't shoot me, I was just asking if anyone else had seen or heard this.

Saban is done. And LSU isn't firing Kelly. At least not this year. I don't even know who they would realistically hire at this stage, unless OSU runs Ryan Day out of town.

They gave him a tour of things they built because of him and he never saw because once he coached for Bama they weren't letting him in there.

My wife told me that at start of game. Don't know where she saw it, but makes sense. Prob someone trying to make something of it and got it out on social media. Guess he'll have to choose between WV and LSU. lol.

I swear it on TV the other day. It seemed like both parties trying to be on good terms because historically speaking LSU wants to be attached to the GOAT and not him just remembered for his Alabama days is the way I took it.

Well, he had a natty and two SEC's in his 4 years there. As good as, or better, than all followers that spent even quite a few years there. He's pretty well entrenched in the coaching ranks there.

The thing I never got is why he bailed to Miami after only 4 years at LSU. LSU under Saban long term would have been just as ferocious as he made Bama. especially considering how successful they even were after he left. Most true LSU loyalists are still mad about that.
