Did anybody go the strength and cond. clinic this weekend? Was just wondering what Rock talked about mostly. I got a text from my wife about 30 seconds after I set my bag down in my motel room that my son was in an accident and I had to drive 4 hours right back home. Can't find any info on line. Thanks.

My son is ok thanks. Broken thumb and sprained wrist. May keep him off the hurdles for a few weeks, but that's it.
