How do you avoid needing redemption?
Be good to people and don't think you are above the rules you force others to follow.
Pretty simple.

It is what we all do at work every day. Why should these hosers be held to a lower standard. Pruitt has worked hard to keep our standards high and should not lower them for any reason.

I think second chances should come at a reduced level. If you screw up at Divsion I, redemptions should come @Juco level with adult supervision, for example. Anything less than perfect behavior should be the death penalty for your career after that. Saban offers a golden parachute and lowers the integrity of his program IMHO.
