It might have been just me, but did it seem like the running through the T was odd. I mean the timing seemed off. The players and coach seemed like they were waiting forever. It may have been the telecast though.

It was completely weird. Obviously SECN wanted to show the pregame and the team came out very early. They cut to the band way too soon as they were on the other end of the field doing the Volunteer Wave. Then Musberger came off completely clueless as he stumbled through narrating it like a bad parade. Really took the air out of the crowd for the team to just stand there swaying awkwardly.

That's what I was thinking to. It seemed to take away from the excitement.

Very slow cheerleaders messed it up.

I noticed it also. There were a lot of things off. No more Thursday games.

Musberger said "it's turned into a beautiful Saturday night in Knoxville". I lol'd.

Honestly, no more Thursday games. AND if you're going to play a formidable opponent like App State lets just play a top ten team so everyone doesn't lose their collective s&$t if it's a close game.

The team left the locker room three minutes before they were scheduled to. Every thing is timed out down to the second and there's a running game clock in the locker room.

They gave a clock and still came out early? Who made that decision?

Smokey ran a near perfect turn inside of the "T". It was almost a 90 degree cut. He planted and nailed the turn. You all think I'm joking... he ran the most perfect route through the band.

Hard to believe they didn't back them up into the tunnel for a couple of minutes. They were just standing there looking low energy.

I vote we never do the Thursday night thing again.
