With the receiving corps pretty much gone, no offense to the returners, who is your favorite running back in the bunch?

Yes I do believe. Keep Coker healthy and he might resemble Henry. Fast and Solid. maybe a Cheese II

Hardesty did too much jukin and jivin I think. Coker hit the holes and hit the afterburner. Foster seemed more like a hard nosed up the middle back.

No, I think they all ahve their good points. Your right on Foster. Do you think it's good to have this tailback by committee TVA, or do you think it will cause us problems like the QB situations of recent past?

It seems that Hunt didn't have a problem carrying the ball 30 times in the Outback Bowl. If you have a RB with the proverbial "hot hand", why not run him as much as possible and use the other backs as relief backs?

I don't understand the logic behind rotating the backs. Almost would wish they consider doing the samething they did at receiver. Instead of rotating in 8 guys, they stuck with a core 3-4 and WR's. From what I've seen, you gotta make Coker yout #1 guy and maybe make Foster a second option. I realize Foster ran better in the PSU game, but I've just lost confidence in him. All Coker did all year was make plays.

In fairness to all 3, they're all underclassmen. Hardesty and Coker will improve tremendously with another offseason of learning. Both freshmen hit the holes better at the end of the season, showing they understand what they need to do. If all 3 are at 100%, Foster is relegated to 3rd string, but he'll improve, too.

I voted Foster, I'm not on the Coker bandwagon
yet. Put 'em all three together and UT has a great runningback.

The way our RB's keep getting injured every year, Foster won't be moving to fullback. The depth is needed.

they all three have their pros and cons

Pros:
Foster: hard nose downhill runner
Coker: speed and play making ability
Hardesty: good pass blocker

Cons:
Foster: fumbles/ego
Coker: fumbles/doing what the coaches say
Hardesty: too many jukes, doesn't hit the hole

that's just my take
