Rumors Flying Around Tonight

Hopefully more "exits" are coming to allow room for schollies...and an excuse for li'l Lane to make his next midnight exit from Florida and run Coach Pru's offense. 'Just a bit of fresh air needed.

Pruitt has the film all the players that seem incompetent game after game need to hit the road same for coaches.

Tee martin is in trouble at USC, he lost play calling duties earlier in the season. Our Helton to USC would not surprise me. Where Tee goes is anybody's guess I doubt he comes here.

If I've learned anything on Volnation this year, it's this.... You are allowed, if not encouraged to ruthlessly player bash offensive linemen, especially true if you have a favorite quarterback.

There's actually a formula regarding this, allowing for limited bashing based on a merit and point system, the conditions of which are scaled on degree of difficulty.
1. For every ten posts on the subject of completion percentages, one player bash credit is earned.
2. Every fifth time you call JG "the toughest sob I've ever seen" another credit is earned.
3. Every third time you call out receivers for catching only 75% of those puntlike mortar shell mimicking 50/50 balls, you earn a credit.
4. And the ultimate, the 1000 point skee ball hole...every single time you compare JG favorably to Peyton Manning, you earn 5 credits.

****Under current rules, Player bash credits may only be applied towards the following****
-Keller Chryst.
-Any offensive lineman not named Trey Smith.
-JT Shrout and that troublemaking Maurer kid.
-Any running back not named Ty Chandler, although a recent amendment has been proposed that would serve to remove Chandler from exemption on a situational basis, contingent upon the following criteria.
1. Ty is in pass protection.
2. JG is dropping back.
***At present a motion is only the table to classify Drew Richmond as non-vol status, which would strip all protective restrictions from bashing, effectively making it a "free" endeavor, with a cost of zero points. Essentially this would result in a status relatively equal or lesser than a Gator or Bammer. In Volnation history there is a legal precedent for this drastic action. Jalen Hurd, 2016.

Also it may be interesting to some that "All time bashing credits earned" is a stat we have tracked, beginning this year. Apparently K-town King is the undisputed champ of bashing, having earned 11,304 credits earned. He also holds the single day record, garnering 1872 on 10/20/2018. An Amazon gift card and a Zach Smith signature ball lifter/sequined thong has been mailed, and signed for.

Congratulations K-Town.

Gotta love how this stuff spreads life wildfire. The Richmond rumor I could see, the Helton one not so much. That would make Pruitt look bad unless he had a major ace in the hole to be his new OC.
It will make him look bad if that product is put on the field next season. Something has to give

Well done.

There is no reason to relieve coach Helton of his oc position.Richmond,on the other hand, needs to sit except for mop-up duty.If you call a running play and the back gets hit when he touches the ball, that's on the oc?When JG bets the snap for a pass and is hit inunder 2 seconds, that's the oc's fault? Please get a life! You cannot complete a deep pass on your ass,so why call it!A new line from left to right with depthis what is required.

We could run off 50 players you people aren't satisfied with and that still doesn't give us one single more schollie to offer. I just don't get our fans sometimes.

Not sure if anyone can improve us at this point. College football has lost a bit of spark for me, we all knew money was a huge factor but it's pretty obvious now. They used to hide it better. As far as ability I'm not sure Helton had any fault, but it is what it is. I'm a fan that cheers to win, il go to work Monday and continue my life. Looking forward to next year with Hope's of improvement
do we have fans that cheer to lose?
