There is nothing that hints at a transfer with what he tweeted.

This guy has tons going on in his life just like any other student athlete besides their sport.

It makes perfect sense for the malcontents to leave this week. You have the 4 game rule, so they won't lose a year of eligibility and it's a bye week. We are so bad right now, is there anyone besides the true freshmen that we can't afford to lose? We are basically starting from scratch, anyway.

When Pruitt came here, there were 20-3* and 10-4* that are on today's roster. Today on the roster, we have 40-3* and 33-4* and 5-5*. This is important in getting the program back where it needs to be.

He worked out his commitment and even tho it was a rival I don't have a problem with it. I guess your the type that wouldn't work out a notice at your job either if you got a new 1.

Trevon Flowers posted something on twitter today about having to make decisions and do what is best for his family.

The tweet has nothing to do with transferring. It was just a general statement about his dedication and work ethic. You'd have to understand social media and how people use it to get the context.

Realistically I would expect to see real improvements in year 3 and 4 when Pruitt has more of his own players on the field and most of Butch's gone.

I would say that 90% of Butch's players that are still on the team are the problem in the locker room. The Butch guys hate Pruitt, Pruitt's recruits love him. No one can deny that Pruitt's recruits are performing on the field but my goodness, when there is only like 6 of them on the field at a time how do you expect to perform, as a team, at the level of SEC play. Yea the Ga St game hurt bad but Pruitt is dealing with kids that were recruited by a used car salesman.

Jordan transferring will not hurt the team this year or next. If that is what he feels is the best thing for him to do for his career, then God bless ya son and I wish you all the luck in your future endeavors.

It’s an excuse lots use around here but over 90% of the guys who play and contribute have more time witch CJP than the do with CBJ. I agree, it’s not a butch jones problem. Other coaches take over programs and at least compete with the roster given. We aren’t even on a FBS level right now

Amen to that. I have no problems blaming Lyle for a lot of what was wrong when Pruitt took over, but at some point, the issues shift.

Laziness? Weakness? Last year's seniors, that's on Lyle.

Failure to line up correctly? Losing to Ga State? Game Management? Failure to sign a graduate transfer QB this spring? That's all on Slingblade.

I'm not even close to the 'fire him' point yet, especially as we can't really afford it, but he needs to put on his HC/Program Management hat and take off the DC hat. Otherwise, he will be unemployed in 2-3 years and we will be back on the carrousel.
