Im sure ESPN the magazine in going to run a cover story on the chicken vols now. No one......i repeat no one outside of NC and Tenn care about this. Spurrier may make jokes but his career has been a joke since he left Florida.

I could care less one way or the other, but I do think it's a smart move by CDD and MH not to play them for reasons I've posted before. But, if this is true, then now I hope we do play them and beat their a$$.

Superior needs to stfu. Like he played any good ooc teams when he was at Florida. He knows it's a smart move on our part not to play them now. He's just being an ahole as usual.

I would say they dont have the power to do this. However, if it's a fight they want, I'm pretty convident that our 2011 team will kick the shat out of them. They'll be short on big stars as a lot of them are leaving this year and we will have some great Sophomore recievers, an experienced offensive line, and 3 years worth of top 25 recruiting classes. I'm hoping we do play them, and I will be there, washing out that light blue stadium with some bright UT ORANGE!!!!!

He just wants to try to fire up Dooley, too bad Dooley is smarter than him and a lawyer to boot.

Combined 5 year record going into the series to be postponed: 26-33

2000 5-7
2001 5-6
2002 9-4
2003 3-9
2004 4-7

That is Penn State's 5 year record going into the postponement. Alabama requested the change to happen in 2003 to move it from 2004-2005 to 2010-2011.

2005 5-6
2006 3-9
2007 4-8
2008 8-4
2009 8-4

Combined 5 year record going into the series to be postponed: 28-31. I don't really see a trend other than UNC looks to be more on the upswing than Penn State did when Bama requested it to be moved back.

The fact that Penn State complied and UNC isn't and is forcing UT to pay them money is what is giving this far more of a tainted image.

I'm embarressed as a graduate, doner and supporter of this program, that my AD and HC are tucking their tails and RUNNING away from playing FREAKIN NORTH CAROLINA!!!! Its FOOTBALL fellas, not basketball. I will not donate another penny to the University until MH is canned. This is ridiculous and paints us a huge pansies to the rest of the country AND potential recruits.
