My understanding is that armed/attempted armed robbery is 5-8 years in this state...Im no lawyer, but it seems these kids have more worries other than where their next colliegate destination is.

If he goes to FSU, I know for a fact he'll end up at North Alabama. That's where most of the thugs that get kicked off FSU go.

I think he should have to do so hard time. These kids do this crap all the time and then get probation and go back to normal life playing football. Then 2 years later it happens again. I am tired of second chances for these kids.

Wish this kid the best of luck, its sad CLK could have made him a star. Now he will be second rate player at some school, he will prob have a decent career (if he gets his head on straight). I hope someone gives him a chance, everyone makes mistakes just gotta learn from them and move on!

If he's LUCKY, he may be able to play in 2011. Unfortunately, I just don't see that happening.

What about when the rumors are right? Like the black unis or JJ's charges being dropped? I learned of both of these things prior to them being Fact because of rumors on VN...so in that case I love rumors. Keep em comin VN

Wherever he goes shouldnt espn be getting on there coaches for taking him? They tried to get on Kiffin for having "thugs" and basically if anyone takes him itll be taking a "thug'.... Am I right? Im not sure but the team that takes him should be under fire too.

I would be HIGHLY surprised if Nuke or Edwards do any type of jail time. First offense for both with absolutely no prior anything on their records......if their lawyers are competent at all, they will get them off with a ton of community service.....some sort of "house arrest" where they are tracked by a probation officer and have a curfew and regular drug tests. I know they say the fact it was a pellet gun doesnt matter in the eye of the law, but when it comes to "sentencing", this will be considered. My uncle was a former DA in Nashville....that was mainly his opinion.
