I mean im glad to have another commitment, but this isn't what I expected when he said "big fish". Who knows could be referring to someone else, but it doesn't sound like it.

I've been listening to Sport Talk in Chattanooga for at least two years. It's hilarious at times, and does cover the Vols, of which Dr. Basketball aka Gary Haskew is a fan.

That said, I have seen no evidence that he or anyone else on the show has any inside information about the current UT program.

IMO a "Big fish" is a safe prediction. Like writing a horoscope that anyone can point to the next day and think came true.

Man we need some real news.

The show has survived many, many, many years because it is entertainment. It is not a "I just wanted to say go big orange" every call type of show.

It is entertainment.

I have lived and listened online to Knoxville radio a lot and there are some good shows. But lets not act like Sport Talk in Chattanooga is inferior to all things Knoxville radio......I mean have you listened to Doc and Heather in the morning? Wow it sure is a riveting show........It can drive you rigth back to sleep.

His last proclamation was that there would be a lot of happy vol fans around 1 pm last friday. Well he nailed it. (He left out that there would be a lot of unhappy vol fans as well) But nonetheless, anyone who knows Doc B personally knows that other than the mean "haskew hook" he hits it more than he misses.

Dr. B and Haskew called the firing of Johnny Majors weeks before it happenend, they were ahead of everyone on that story. But they havn't been able to match that kind of inside info since....

Maybe they are confused and thought he committed to UTC. Now THAT would be a big one for them.

Since your throwing ppls names around. (I'm sure he appreciates it) You should have a good clue as to how connected Doc is.(You obviously don't)
