IT SHOULD be that way. No doubt about it. If the refs cant tell the difference, then they shouldn't be making any other calls on the field.

God, it sucks that this game won't be in HD, since football wasn't broadcast before HD technology came along. :)

Orange and Red is easily differentiated in color.

But many people might not realize that broadcast television cameras have black and white viewfinders. It is hard as heck to differential teams when they both wear colored jersey's when you are watching it in black and white.

I really doubt we'll see it happen.

It seems like I remember hearing last offseason that the NCAA was thinking about getting rid of the rule that says one team has to wear white. . .

Would that hold true if you were color blind?

I'm colorblind and I'd be able to tell the difference pretty easily, since their jerseys are a lot darker than ours. One team wearing red and one wearing dark blue would be a problem, but not their red and our orange.

does anyone know the last time we both wore our home jerseys? My guess would be back in the 60's.
