If true - and it is being stated by various threads in Bama as well - they think there will be a 3 PM presser tomorrow. arkansasvol3 is right for what I am seeing on the comp/term.
Everything I read down there from the fans is high complimentary. Most were hoping he would stay and take Smart's job as DC whenever he left for a HC job. All said he is a great recruiter. Others hoped that if he left that he would get out of the SEC so they did not have to play against him. So the assumption by the hundreds of posts that I have read about him is that he was ready for this role, is a great recruiter, and that they did not want him to leave.
This is probably as good as it gets for the current situation. If you were going to bet on a wannabe, he might me the one. Get ready for more Saban thinking around here. Who can argue against 3 NCs in 10 years and 2 out of the last 3? If he is the guy the recruiting class holds together fairly well subject to any CLT fall-out.
