This is a good move. For games when Chaney is stuck up in the press box and needs somebody to calm the QB down and at practice when the guys are just doing passing trees. I mean, that’s not all he will do, just a couple of quick examples.

Until they add a couple more coaching slots for teams, this is about as good a deal as you can get. Also helps the guy’s resumé.
