Saturday: Butch is Fired Day

If Gruden is/was such a grand hire and he supposedly was "right there" or whatever 5 years ago, then why has UT Athletic Department waited until the wheels have fallen off and football wagon have burned? If he was such a slam dunk back then as some of you claim, why was CBJ not fired 2, 3 years ago and Gruden hired? Fantasy!

Because the previous admin did not want a coach with the stature of Gruden. It appears Currie might.

I just heard from my friend that works in athletics that the AD is having meetings today... No name just said he came in for some meetings.

They are meeting with vendors to discuss changing some of the snacks in the vending machines in the athletic complex. Once a list of new items is agreed upon, Currie will present to Jim Haslam for final approval.
