Rumor Going Around That

You are allowed 10 Coaches:
HC-Dooley
OC/QB-Chaney
OL-Searls possibly
RB-Hinshaw
WR-Baggett
ST/TE-Russell
DC-???too many names to list
DL-Smith possibly
LB-Thompson
DB-Russell

That looks right to me if Searels and Smith join.

Don't post often but there needs to be some movement on this so we don't lose Green. These are the kind of kids Tenn can't let get away. Even if DD suggested he wait and not sign on Wed..... Certainly can't lose em to the gators. Sheesh!

I don't think Chaney will be coaching QB's. He coached OL in the NFL.

Hinshaw is coaching the QB's per Nash Nance -

"Lastly my postion Coach Hinshaw is a perfect fit for me. Great ex-player and he loved my abilities and work ethic. I already practice some of his teaching principles."

Nash Nance commits to Tennessee; will Da’Rick Rogers follow? | AJC College Sports Recruiting

Thanks for that quote, that's where I wanted Hinshaw. He didn't seem like a RBs coach to me.

So then our DC has to also coach RBs if we hire Searles and Smith. Kinda limits the possibilities. /sarcasm

Dawg fans are losing their minds on those AJC boards, they are really going over board on Rogers possibly coming here.

They don't use zone blocking down there do they? I don't think our line will be suited for man next year. Douglas will have to put on even more weight.

If this was/is true, this is playin real dirty. I didn't think Dooley was capable of such conniving.

Georgia would get "dooley'd"

A couple of good quotes from Dawg fans. One a great point and one funny.

Good point:
I think the decision is easy for DaRick. Follow Nash to college and be financially secure or go on his own a be broke just like any other college student

I never really thought about the fact that Nance's wealthy family could help support Da'Rick since they are partial guardians. Sure beats being broke for 3 or 4 years.

Funny as hell!:
THERE IS A REASON HE HAS BEEN A DAWG FOR THIS LONG. UGA IS WHERE HIS HEART IS. WHY GO TO ANY UNPROVEN STAFF OVER WIDE RECIEVER U? I’M GLAD THEY ARE BEST FRIENDS, BUT HE’S GOTTA MAKE HIS OWN DECISION. WHATS BEST FOR ONE MAY NOT BE FOR THE OTHER. EITHER WAY, DAWGS ON THE WAY TO THE TOP! GATA DAWGS!!!

Ha ha! Since when has UGA been WR U. Wow, they really are mentally challenged if they think AJ Green makes them WR U.

"If this happens, I could see Chaney coaching QB's."

From what I gathered from the article on volquest about Nash Nance, Darin Hinshaw is going to be coaching QBs

Man that is some recruiting software.

Are all the schools running such cross-referencing wonders?

chaney will NOT be coaching the oline.

So you think he will be staight offensive coordinator? I have seen recruit quotes that place Hinshaw at QB coach. Seems the only position besides QB that Chaney would coach would be OL.
