Rumor, Drug Bust at Caleb King's house/Trouble in Athens (merged)

Was in another thread, but I want to know if it is true. The last thing Richt needs now...

"Apparently 4 loads of cops just carried three trash bags out of Caleb Kings house in athens.........Per a friend that lives across the street...tifwiw

There wasn't anyone home. They busted the door in. He lives there with one of the linemen. Not sure what they took but it was in 3 trash bags. Uga cop cars, Athens Clarke county, and undercover drug task force. Uga car left first about 10 minutes before the others. No one is there now."


Has anyone heard anything about this?

If you are a Vols fan in Athens with a droid you can download the free app scanner radio and listen to the police scanner. Anyone have any way of finding out if this is true?

wow i just cant imagine Richt still being there after this season.

Why would you hope it's a rumor? I mean if they are using drugs, then they need to be caught, and if they're carrying trash bags out that would mean quite a bit and lead me to believe maybe they are selling. So anytime drugs are taken off the streets it's a good thing no matter if they're a college football player or a homeless person.

Per TOS it was his dirty laundry. The cops pick it up for all the players on Thursdays so Mrs CMR can have it back to them for the weekend. They also all get a tin of fresh baked chocolate chip cookies.

Yeah I thought the same thing cause damn that would be alot.... unless they put it in trash bags and the bags were'nt full or something. Who knows lol. Ima set back and see what this thread becomes:popcorn::popcorn:
