Textbook management of expectations like any good organization would do....which makes it so out of character for Tennessee. Let everyone panic, and build up the expectation of what is going to happen...then, when something different happens it makes an even bigger impact.

Unless this has been in play for weeks. If we have a New AD by end of today you can assume that UT was proactive, which is a first, and looking to rid itself of Fulmer and JP.

I mean, I’m of the belief that a good admin should be putting out feelers at the first sign of trouble to be ready, but 1. Our admin has never shown signs of being good and 2. This is still really fast lol
