Oklahoma's secondary is a mess. Everyone seems to have forgotten that Texas hammered OU last year, with Adrian Peterson.

on the other hand, UT's passing game is equally messy.

OU had no, zero, zip, zilch, nada QB last year for the shootout.

As much as I want to think that will happen (with or without a loss to UGA) part of me wonders if some of these pundits are getting their "scoop" from reading this and other boards. Maybe they are just parroting what they read?

Seems like lazy speculation to me. I could have written an article like that.
i think GAVol meant to quote HB's post with this.......:birgits_giggle:

I've started to hear the Bill Cowher rumors starting to fly. I think there is a chance that we could possibly get Gruden, but man Cowher, to me, is a massive, massive pipe dream.

I still think he's waiting in the wings when John Fox is fired in Carolina.

Also on an unrelated Panther Note: David Carr has the ugliest release of any NFL QB I have ever seen.

Can you picture Cower, dressed in orange, at the preseaon fall SEC media days in B'ham next year!:whistling:

That quarterback won a Big XII title. The current QB lost to Colorado.
you know as well as I, that there was a dramatic difference from beginning to end for OU. Additionally, a Big XII title last year was almost a default victory - somebody had to win it. Boise State eventually proved just how strong the Big XII actually was.

People, lets kill this Bill Cowher nonsense. That guy is not coming back to coaching anytime soon (at least not at the end of the season to replace Fulmer). I wouldn't be surprised if he takes 2-3 years off or doesn't come back at all.

I agree TVA.

This might be the one and only time I do that.
