I think in a few years all of those coaches who went with Kiffin will have effectively committed career suicide!!!

I just said the exact same thing...Maybe not career suicide but HC'n suicide yes

I have a clue. i would not want to be discussing anything of any recruiting importance around this guy just for the doubt. He might be a recruiting machine but for who, the highest bidder 2 days before signing day. i know some of yall might be fans of this guy, but I for one would label that interview unfortunate due to the timing. To borrow a line from the Godfather,"You are dead to me now Paulie".

You sure it wasn't Fredo?

My Big Orange heart says that CDD has done a excellent job so far of rolling up his sleeves, dusting off his britches and jumping in with both feet to tirelessly do the best he can in a horrid situation so I'll trust him to keep making the best decisions for our Vols.

He needs a short rest to go hug his wife and kids and then I think he'll finish up his coaching staff and then focus on his Administration staff to make sure he has the best people that will be loyal to him and Tennessee.

After he knows what recruits we have coming in then I think he and the coaches will get their planning and position assignments done and will then hold a meeting with the players to let them know what his next steps in the process will be and then be spending many hours reviewing film to get a much better idea of the players we already have and start planning for what he wants to get done with each player to be ready to get off to a fast start in spring practice with every player then knowing exactly what his plans are and what he will expect from every player.

He's smart and has systems for everything he expects to get accomplished and in another year I think we'll all be hoping he'll be the Vol football leader for another 20 years.

GO BIG ORANGE !!!

Why is this exciting news? I know he drove Ambles and Lance to Knoxville, but really, I don't get how this is a big deal.

ok since were off topic whose the girl in the pic?

My avatar girl's name is Eva. We have been married now for 6 years and she is awesome. She can skin a buck and run a trout line, and the country girl loves me like the devil when I get back home. Thats what I wish I could say, but she is really some model off nuts.com. This is a free site but not for the kiddies. I expect that if anyone goes there that their avatars will improve greatly. The added bonus is that ya get to see Eva up close and personal.:dance2:
