BTO you crack me up. When we lose to Georgia how many spots will we fall and will we still be " in his bracket"?
I'm guessing well still be in his bracket
If we lose to UGA at home this year, Martin should be given his walking papers before leaving the damn court.
We were favored by 5-6 tonight. We should pound Vandy's ass at home along with UGA, but I'm sure we'll do something to make it close if we play disinterested again.
An experienced and talented team shouldn't be losing games like this to teams like Vandy if they had a coach who knew what he was doing.
Yea I think so too remeber this happened last year too lost first game in February which was georgia this year is vandy just throwing that out there.
Also I don't think we dropped that much in the rpi because it ws a road game and vandys rpi was in the 80s. Soooooooooooo I'm going to predict we drop to 48:clapping:
How many teams besides kentucky win in memorial stadium? Not many. Case and point.
But yea definitely shouldn't lose to Georgia that would be a horrific loss.
48, 50...does it matter??
Bottom line, we shouldn't be in this position. CCM has backed his team into yet another corner where they will have to beat some very good teams the rest of the way out just to get off the bubble.
Memorial Stadium? I don't know how many win in Memorial Stadium. They weren't playing football or baseball. They were playing in Memorial Gym.
As to how many have won in that dump, Ky won along with Ole Miss. Ole Miss was the same team that we beat the hell out of just last week.
This on the coaching staff for not having the team ready to play. They should've beaten Vandy no matter where it was played.
Two SEC teams. St. Louis won there too. Any team worth a damn has beaten Vandy this year. They have what is considered two good wins on their resume. Ga State and Mizzou. That's it. And now UT because we laid down to start the game.
Well let's look on the bright side. At least cuonzo got onto the ref about the no call at the end that's a step in the right direction

And we still didn't get the call. You work the refs the entire game to get that call at the end. I'd be willing to bet if Cal is sitting there at that end he gets the call. However, there is no certainty that Richardson would've made both free throws anyway. Vandy missed FT's that gave us an opportunity to steal one and we still couldn't do it.
It's too late for 'steps in the right direction' for CCM, IMO.
If he'd been chewing ref ass like he should've been all season, he may have actually got that call at the end of the game.
Earlier in the week Coach Martin said he thought 5 SEC teams would make the tournament, so we're still safely in.
