Almost certainly will be the toughest regional out of all 16 based on what I have seen so far and what’s left on the table.

Thought we were a lock for UNC after Miss St got to host over Arky. Straight RPI play. Our RPI wasn’t good enough to jump to a more favorable regional past UNC.

Well, I thought we’d get a chance to see Blanco on Friday and reserve Kuhns for Saturday against the regional host, but ECU is one of the best 3 seeds so can’t really afford to save Kuhns now.

That was the crazy thing with rpi. Your ability to host is almost locked into the first 2-3 SEC series. It hardly moves after those games. We won two top 10 rpi series down the stretch and our rpi didn't move. I think we actually lost a spot after winning 2/3 on the road at OU (another top 25 rpi club). I can see why people say the metric is flawed.

Elander said Blanco is the Friday guy when we were at Hoover. Depends how much preparation they've done. I'm not sure he changes it at this point.

We get ECU while the 3 seed in the Tuscaloosa regional is freaking USC Upstate LMAO. Carolina got a raw deal honestly. I would be pissed to have Tennessee AND ECU in my regional as a Top 5 seed
