Might have gotten him mixed up with Mike Slive, who was the commissioner after him. He passed in 2018.

Kramer and Slive, especially Kramer, were the shoulders than Sankey currently stands on.

I thought he had passed a few years ago as well. Maybe the Mandela Effect

That very well may be the case.

Kramer was around when I was in high school though-and I'm feeling more than a bit long in the tooth lately.

There haven't been many folks around for a while who were in power that long ago.

He was 96 though so he certainly got his moneys worth out of this life
