Golly jeepers Mullet... I had no idea I was so stupid and simple as to not root for the team that I hate the most. :bammer:

I just always thought that a university's atmosphere/tradition, charismatic coaches, and actually winning football games was what brought droves of recruits to The Hill. I guess that explains why no one ever wants to play at Notre Dame or Florida St. (pre ACC). You truly are the voice of reason. I gotta stay out of the sun or pretty soon I'll forget how to breath.

I hope GA stomps Hawaii so bad they quit playing football on islands all over the world. After my ride through Ohio and listening to their sports talk, I hope FL and LSU dust Mich and Ohio with SEC speed all night long.

I pull for every sec team except georgia---too many obnoxious fans at my office, even though UT blows them out every year.

I have to pull for the SEC so the so called "experts" will suck it up and admit the SEC is the best.

I went to A&M but grew up totally on SEC and some southwest conference.

I know the SEC is top dog, but I have to root for big 12 teams to solidify us as a serious contender for second best conference.

Besides... I HATE the tide and the gators.

I'd like to see mizzou play well against the hogs, because I've never liked them (old SWC enemy).

I just can't pull for Florida vs Michigan.. I am not saying I want them to loose, but I'd rather just not cheer for anyone.

LSU is also a old school Aggie foe. I'll still cheer for them though. Big 10 sucks

I always root for SEC teams in the bowls. A little less so in the NCAA basketball tournament -- can't really explain why.

I'll start pulling for all the SEC teams the year Vandy is in the NC game.....until then Bama and any SEC team Spurrier coaches can kiss my @&&.

Always pull for SEC teams as it helps in our SOS in most cases. Also, we share in bowl revenue from all SEC schools. To say you are or aren't a true Vol Fan either way is being small minded IMO. I understand hating Bama to the point of not wanting to see them win, I watched the games of the 60s-80s when we were dominated, and felt all the frustration of it. I will be honest in that I picked two SEC opponents to win, but that's head overruling heart.

I will pull for all SEC teams but Bama. Btw, I hope Florida beats Michigan by about 144 points.

I guess I am small minded to root against bama. seems to be a lot of us small minded folks around here rooting against bammer. I must be just a redneck :crazy:

I like the list, but could never bring myself to root for Michigan in anything. They could be playing the Russian hockey team for the olympic title, and I'd still root against them.

shutting up the 5 groups of idiots who think their confrences are better than the sec is way more fun than watching a team we were beat by lose to a crappy big ten team.

but i really cant help but root for bama to finish under 500 :)

I hate Michigan too, but it's nowhere close to my hatred for Florida. I wouldn't cry if Florida won it though.

I'm usuall not an SEC homer. I'll pull for most, but wont pull for Alabama or Georgia.

Just remember folks, while some hear hate the gators and tide and so on, the rest of the country hates us. While I have my own dislikes inside the conference as many of you, bowl season is where we need to suck up our pride and root for our domestice enemies. Like a family, our inside the conference quarrels are fine, just don't let an outsider mess with anyone. I am tired of the SEC haters on ESPN sucking up to PAC-10 and BIG 10. GO SEC!!!! Except in basketball. I can never root for UK in that, my inner Louisville basketball fan always comes out!!!!! Happy New Year Volnation!!!
