Now my problem is that I need my Wisdom teeth out.....anyone know what that's like?
Yeah, I got my two front teeth knocked out in a fight when I was younger. They were baby teeth, but when I grew in my adult teeth, the nerve endings were dead. I forget why, but there was some reason they needed to be taken care of, so I got a root canal. So I go to the dentist today to get a cavity taken care of and got bad news, I need a root canal if I want to keep the tooth.:frown::banghead2::mf_surrender:
Has any body here had one and how was your experience?

Really wasn't that bad, though.
Worst thing I've ever had at the doctor: When I was 9, I broke my big toe down the middle length-wise, which healed up. But I had a toenail that was ingrown at about 40 degrees. They had to remove most of the nail and straighten the rest out... The anesthetic shots were the worse. I got one on top of my foot, into the side of my big toe and one in between my toes. Most pain I've ever felt in my life, and I've broken a loooootttttt of bones.

I had a Root Canal a few months ago & couldn't tell the difference between it & a regular filling. Didn't feel a thing. It's not like it was 20-30 years ago.

I think it's a premolar. The dentist said it was the number 12 tooth, upper left side.
Would a edodontist charge more? The dentist i went to yesterday quoted me a price of $1300.
