Does anyone know of a good site to downloadROMs and Emulators for the Xbox.

you won't find many Rom sites- because they are illegal. You can find emulators just about anywhere. For Roms, try a P2P program that one might find lots of music, movies, etc. on... If you are familiar with mIRC, Roms can be found easily on there as well...

If you search a bittorrent site like TorrentSpy, you should be able to find ROMs and emulators by the ton. I personally got a DVD ISO that had full collections of ROMS and emulators for NES, SNES, SEGA, and a decent number of N64 games. Your xbox must be modded to play them btw.

Also to SWIL, emulators cannot be found for download, as they are built with the XDK, and that makes them illegal to distribute as well.

I was speaking from a PC perspective- I have no clue how to mod a console
