Didn't a guy come over a table one time during a show and try to fight Rome?? Maybe a pitcher?? I can see why!
that's exactly right.Have you been listening to the national media? Most are liking what Kiffin is doing at UT (including yesterday). Rome is the exception.
Kiffin is currently a media favorite for his brashness. Let him be successful and he could very well be the second coming of Spurrier x2.
Yesterday evening John Kincaid was just going to town about this, and he was way across the line of good taste IMO. Buck Belue had Kiffin's back though. It was actually pretty hilarious. The gist of Belue's point was: in the old days, every one of those boosters would have laughed about the joke and then never said a word; it's a shame that you can't even make a mistake in front of your own boosters anymore. Buck Belue was so uninterested in the whole thing and it was grinding Kincaid's gears hard. It was pretty hilarious.![]()

If he had just said Meyer is an @$$ for trying to sabotage Richardson's visit...how many people would have heard it?
Kiffin knew exactly what he was doing. He's brilliant. And he's OURS!!!!
I absolutely HATE Rome, he's a complete dork who gets by more on repetitive opinions and tough talk than on actual knowledge or well thought out arguments.
I did like this epsode of his show, though...

He was also wrong, he acted like a genius when he announced that UF was violating recruiting rules when they really weren't, that is just brilliant let me tell you.
Kiffin has just nailed a giant target on his a#$ for the rest of the SEC coaches to throw darts at.
