I do wonder if the approach of trying to throw Gabe and Roman under the bus is going to backfire. They are obviously both well known and well loved on the recruiting circuit. Their former players vouch for them. Whether they did anything or not, it seems unwise to go down that path instead of just wishing well and moving on.

Absolutely. Has pulled the players into it, significantly not just this years but now last years.

I freaking double dog dare anyone to drag Sara Puckett as a greedy, dishonest, bitter, or less than knowledgeable commentator on this. Ditto Kaiya Wynn.

And didn’t even homer deluxe Maria C say the Roman story isn’t true?

I think some really bad stuff went on in that locker room, much will never know.

But folks actually believe the dozen players, coaches, former players and recruits are all the bad guys who actively conspired against poor Kim?

Why won’t we believe the people who were there?

What's "the Roman story"? The person who reported this story replied that it wasn't about Roman, the idea that it was about Roman evidently only came from the anonymous Twitter account that reposted the radio show initially.

And that it came out immediately after Roman was ‘fired’ and not immediately after Gabe ‘parted ways’. Even Will West said he could see why people thought it was Roman.

But thats not even very important. The players immediately felt compelled to come to their defense. They are not lying. Simple as that.

More likely to be fake news planted by a PR team trying to take the heat of Caldwell. Total character assassination and the players are calling BS. A bad situation is being made worse. It is getting insanely toxic.

The good thing for Danny is that he can get to know the new team personally and make them believe he cares (when he fires Caldwell after next season) and they won’t think it’s fake because there’s no one left to tell each other that’s it’s the first time he listened.

Although he’s killing the program, the next coach he hires in a year will have a better chance to have an improved season (vs. now) after we miss the tournament next year, so that’s at least one positive for him if he survives WBB and potentially Football sucking.

Kim has to know he’s setting her up to be let go next year after this whole assistant scapegoat deal. However she could go back to D2 and have a dynasty somewhere since the system 100% works against lower level players.

I think i may have learnt a lesson glv. It doesnt pay to play devil’s advocate around here. 😉😈

Anxious to see how this next few weeks play out. I missed Gabe leaving LSU and heading to central Florida. Of course grazing repetitive narrative can do that.
