Roman Harper predicts Tennessee's record..........

Harper goes with 10 wins?….After watching a few shows he picks whichever team he’s reviewing to win big. Picks us when doing us vs FL. Picks FL when doing them vs us. No credibility, but we can hope

That is your most ridiculous post to date.

Congrats on the accomplishment. It was for certain a monumental task.
After thinking about it, the only way 8-4 is acceptable to me is if the losses are UGA, Bama, USC, and LSU. But it’s just BARELY acceptable

Losing to USC would not be a good look IMO amd would make me have doubts about a coach i genuinely think is pretty damn good.

A Pitt or Florida loss would be more acceptable than losing to SC.

They could win, OR lose anygame this season!

Now for our in depth look at Tennessee: Tennessee has a second year head coach, they won 7 games last year. They are in the SEC which is a really tough conference, they do play in Neyland stadium though. Ok onto our in depth look at Mizzou…

We are replacing an nfl offensive tackle with two guys who have very little experience.
Yet all the guys are bigger stronger and year 2 under the system. I'd argue that's better. Hell cade was injured a lot last year as well his brother more so.

I’m curious to see how Georgia handles the pressure of being defending national champions. It might be surprising how that pressure has an effect on them this year.

Some of ya'll are setting yourselves up to be let down. I think too many people believe player growth is linear and anyone coming back will magically be better. That's not how this works. Given how well our QB played last year, regression is more likely than progression statistically. He may play better (better reads, more accurate, etc), but the odds of it showing up in the stat line are very low (especially his TD/INT ratio).

Our pass protection will be a problem. Our defense will likely be a problem. 10 wins is possible, don't get me wrong. But I'm afraid some may be seeing that as the expected outcome instead of the exceptional outcome.
Damn dude you've bout got me depressed with you

Hey I get youthful enthusiasm and all…. But I hate unrealistic expectations- you guys can’t blame Huepel if UT struggles to win more than seven - there is a pretty significant talent gap - you can’t outcoach talent - especially when every coach in this league - except for maybe Vanderbilt and Missouri is a very good coach too.
This conference is beyond hard - and a lot of you guys are touting a win vs a Florida team with a very good coach and more talent on paper. And a road win in Tiger Stadium against a Kelly coached squad with more talent than us too. Sure they can win 8 or 9 or 12- but I don’t think it’s gonna be such a sure thing - I hope for the best of course - but have my doubts based on lack of D and depth in this conference.
That typed, LFGBO!

If Butch Jones can go to Athens and when, then I know that Heupel can too!
I think UGA went 8-5 that year.
They haven't had a record like that since☹.

They're averageing close to 12 wins a season since 2017...

Still, Heupel will show up with a talented, inspired, and hopefully healthy team.

Play and see what happens!

8 wins, if some breaks go our way 9. If we catch some magic 10 is certainly attainable, but don’t be disappointed if we don’t get there. It’s year 2 for heupel and this rebuild…
