for this game, they're having students bring their vouchers to the UC auditorium to get their tickets and it will be first come first serve. Personally, I wont be there until 9am.

this is the way it should be. it makes the week of the game more exciting when students have to "earn" their good seats by getting there early.

much more exciting than merely printing off a ticket voucher and showing up at your convenience. makes it seem like you're part of something and that excites fans. good move on the AD bringing this style back.

they should do campouts for the big games. I know at Michigan State they do campouts in order to get basketball tickets people get tents up days in advance

I'm pretty sure that it's only for this game. I do like this style better though...with the system we have you never know where you will be sitting.

for basketball tickets, we used to sit out all night in line and burn Daily Beacon stacks for warmth...good memories

Some of my best college memories involve camping outside of TBA. Really creates a better environment. Wish they would do that for football. In '04 part of the student section was first come first serve seating, when they had the Orange Nation thing going for a couple of years, and it was a lot more fun than having assigned seating.

How much are season tix for students now? My last year was the first year they started charging. Horrible timing bc that was the year the wheels came off this program and fulmer got the axe. Think it was $90 for the season? Has it gone up?

They only sell them on a game by game basis now instead of season tickets. They are $10 a game for home games.
