I'll be up top in 504. Looking to see what Columbia has to offer. Last trip to Athens was a blast.

I'm in section 5. I'll be waving at y'all wishing I wasn't among the cock fans except after we win, then I'll be soaking up the hatred that will be coming my way from every direction.

Word of advice if you plan on hitting the bar scene, stay away from 5 points. Spend you time in the vista area. I repeat, stay away from 5 points. It gets really really bad there at times with fights, stabbings, shootings, and other random violence to the point that the military blacklists it for a while. Also be prepared to walk through 10 parking lots on your way to the stadium.

So much truth to that statement. I'd be willing to bet the basketball player that just got in trouble there was probably in 5 points. Hit somebody in the back of the head in a bar, assaulted a cop after being tazed, etc.

I'll check on you fellas in section 21 around the end of the 3rd quarter when the chicken heads begin to empty the stadium. As for 5 points: Don't go there. Unlike the strip, there's lots of crime and serious gang activity...lots of armed criminals just looking for trouble. The Vista's safer and decent...lots of cops who're friendly to folks there to spend $$$$$. It ain't Knoxville.
