I play flag football in Huntsville, Alabama, after I played my game today the next team had Rolando McClain on it. How stupid is he? He said he wants to get in shape..hmmmm millions of dollars and he plays flag football in Huntsville to get in shape wow. Alabama sure gives the guys a great education lol. Ramzee Robinson was playing also, he played at Bama and was the last pick in the draft a few years ago. If Rolando is there next week I am going to get a picture with me wearing all my UT gear lol standing next to him,

You have as much a chance of getting hurt in flag football as you do running sprints in practice.

Last season we had a guy on our team who plays D Line, (6ft 7In 320lbs) He played Basketball in college. Anyways he broke his leg and ankle last season.

Plus I somehow bet the Raiders and Al Davis would be furious if they knew he was out there.

Golden Tate is on my Intramural Softball team. These guys are still young and want to have fun while staying in shape. There's no breach of contract during the lockout.

If you are going to avoid flag football, it means you need to avoid hoops, soccer, power lifting, skiing, etc.

These guys just wanna have fun. Yeah don't do it during football season, but you can't live your life in fear of injury.

I get it but if someone is paying me millions of dollars for a short time in my life I would do everything in my power to maximize the potential. Risking it all in a pickup game just doesn't sound appealing

I agree that would be my approach as well, but I don't blame people that aren't as disciplined. I don't need to play hoops or ski. The one that makes me go crazy is motorcycles.

Some guy got paralyzed playing in a league I planned on entering. He screwed it up for everyone because insurance claims forced the whole thing to get shut down.
