Rogers Not Coming Back

Considering the WR class Kiffin has coming in that's a smart move by Rogers. Let me be the first to wish him the best of luck in the future and thank you for your "give it all to the Vols" attitude. Good kid...hope he succeeds in whatever he does.

said he's married now and pursuing a graduate degree. his wife has graduated and they are just ready to move on. he's a class act by all accounts.

Was he granted a 6th year yet? Either way, with all the WRs returning and coming in, he'd probably have a hard time seeing the field. Wish him luck.

Good for him.

He's worked his tail off for years and it would be heart breaking to come back and get beat out and or injured. He has his whole life ahead of him and he has his health to worry about. I'm sure some of the injuries he has sustained will nag him for the rest of his life.

I'm glad he realized what's important to him. He has a wife and it pry won't be long before there are little baby Rogers running around. Good luck to him. He toughed it out time and time again. It was just time to move on.

This is a good decision for him, I know the family and this kid has a great future ahead outside of football. I hope Zach gets an opportunity next year to show what he can do, but with the talent we have coming in, it may be tough.

Sad to see Austin go, he was truly Orange-blooded, and it would have been kinda cool to see him get a chance to play with his brother. But, he was ready to move on, and I wish him nothing but the best and thanks for giving your all for Tennessee.

I'll never forget him skipping into the endzone against UK in 07. Thanks AR, for giving your all for Tennessee.

Austin was a good, solid player. But my favorite memories of Austin was my pappaw saying Rogers should get the ball 10 times a game. That was fun.

You don't have to be on the field to always be a vol. Good luck in your endeavorers Austin, you've earned it.
