A couple of their posters claims to have seen Richt today. One at church and one at the grocery store. Seems that if Garner were leaving he would be on the horn with candidates.

I seriously doubt Richt would be calling candidates this quickly. He does have somewhat of a life I'm assuming.

I really hope we can convince Garner to join the new staff but if not i wish him and his family the best ( he is a class guy). Maybe we can still get Gonzo if this doesn't work in our favor.

Every major program has a short list of canidates that they will call if they need to. UGA doesnt want Garner to leave. If he does though, they wont have a problem getting another qualified coach in there.

Basically the plane was never sent to pick up Garner, it was simply sent with one of the staff members on it to try and pitch UT to Rodney again...
